i think they are trying to sell this to hotels and restaurants... i don't think it is geared towards normal customers yet
looks a little like haze yes... but if you've looked at the cover of "Ghosts of Onyx" (the 4th halo book) you'll see that they are still within the realm of the halo universe
http://www.amazon.com/Ghost...
I think it was more like assassin's creed... just never anounced... so while not an outright exclusive it was simply implied...
but i haven't seen anyone too upset about that game... no one seemed excited for it when it was first announced anyhow.
It must be created in game, which is why these are so impressive.
Trusty bell made it into the top 20!!
was the 4X FSAA... this is actually a must in car racing games (IMHO) because cars have so many straight edges, the aliasing can be horrendous (while GOW has no AA its not as noticeable because the surfaces are much more rounded)
Forza has 2X FSAA which makes the jaggies slightly less pronounced than PGR3 but still pretty bad... DiRT has 4X and it shows... everything is crisp and the edges are straight (even on my 50" DLP)
If sega rally has 4X FSAA then I'l...
sooo... if you don't try it how do you know which one is better?
if something is expensive and i disagree with the price i don't buy it... simple enough... same in any store, if its too expensive for you don't buy it.
The service itself is great and the amount of content that gets put up (quickly compared to the delay of getting trailers/demos on psn) is great.
if you buy everything then you are getting ripped... but the thing is, most of the time you don't have to... in fact, outside multiplayer map packs (which you should p...
the artwork is pretty good... but the ingame stuff doesn't look nearly as good...
just my opinion.
geometry wars can't have been "downgraded" from blast factor... they are different games... and mutant storm on the 360 looked a lot better than gw but the gameplay wasn't as good... what i meant was that on my 50" DLP GW plays with no jaggies and is very clean looking... the drop from 720p (or is it rendered even higher?) to 480p is a big one and really makes the game look older...
I never said that GW had amazing graphics... just a cleanliness that I think the ...
it seems to indicate the direction you are pointing witha white star... seems to me that you could lose track of which direction you are firing pretty easily... (i know i lose track in the 360 version and i always know which way i'm pointing because of the analog stick)
also... bummer this is getting downgraded... the screenshots are full of jaggies.
won't happen because microsoft is publishing it... end of story
that's awesome!! can't wait for sept 25
wow, they weren't lying when they said draw distances of over 10 miles. This really explains a lot about the graphics and how epic halo 3 will be
this definitely makes me more likely to pick it up... but i'm still debating.
always eager to take potshots at halo.
frankly... i don't even recal bloom effects being that big in halo 2 and there aren't any in the halo 3 beta
ooo... right right right... i'm getting a lot of these games confused now... wasn't there a SEGA RTS that was coming to 360?
since halo 2 did 125 mil in rev on the first day there should be at least a 24 mil increase (2.4 million buyers X 10 more dollars per copy) but then if they couple that with the collectors/legendary edition the revenue will be up even higher. considering the legendary edition is twice what the normal costs every purchase there is almost like 2 overall purchases. So if they sell 100,000 legendary editions that's the revenue equivalent of 200,000... if you figure that some of the people that...
isn't this also coming to xbox 360?
The article is complete libel. The family is suing microsoft over the original xbox, which did have a faulty power cord... which they recalled.
